Stencil Graphics
Stencil graphics are created using vector, .cad or .pdf based artwork. A design or logo is rendered into a usable format, then 'cut' into a resist material. These stencils allow greater detail than possible with typical scoring systems. In the above examples, the seal of the State of Texas is four feet in diameter and is located in the foyer of a residence. The center photo is the entry of the Dripping Springs Childrens' library. Each of nine panels show scenes from Mother Goose stories. The final photo above is in the meeting facility established for the City of Austin's Water Quality Protection Lands program. This is a three color logo and is forty-two inches in height.
Scored Graphics
Scored graphics are often used in a home's foyer or a business's reception area. Graphics give you an opportunity to create the first impression a visitor has of your personal decor. Scoring is restricted to connected straight lines or fixed radii. By combining multiple lines, shapes and colors, the scope of design opportunities is huge!
Sandblasted Graphics
Graphics sandblasting broadens our ability to satisfy your creative inspirations. As good as we are at scoring concrete, there are just some designs that we can't reproduce with saw cuts. We work with a company that creates our templates through the linkage of a CAD capable computer with a laser cutting system. We then etch your design into the concrete with a compact sandblasting machine. The grade of sand is varied depending on concrete hardness and degree of graphic detail. The result is crisp reproductions of simple or intricate two-dimensional graphic art in concrete. Left natural gray or stained a complementary or contrasting color, these graphics truly create a one-of-a-kind image for your home or business.
