No Scoring:  When less is more, consider leaving  areas or entire rooms un-scored.  We have stained entire homes and not scored a single line.  This  allows area rugs or furnishings to become the focal point with the floor as a backdrop.  It can also create transitions or resting areas when changing patterns.

Simple Patterns:   Simple and tasteful; basic geometric patterns provide an uncomplicated surface that is easy to live with.  Scoring patterns can be of any size, but we generally recommend  12" to 36" 'tiles'.  The pattern can be on the diagonal or square to rooms and can change from room to room.

Bands, Second Color Borders and Border Art Bandings, contrasting color borders and border art take projects to the next level of detail.  Consider using bandings in a family room or dining area to create a feeling of formality.  Contrasting borders add cohesiveness to a design, can contribute to a formal feel, and are helpful in defining areas in open floor plans.  Border art creates distinctive areas within a home and can emphasize a theme or feel for individual rooms.

Precision PatternsA precision pattern or graphic element is truly eye-catching.  Your guests will insist that you've spent a fortune on natural stone floors or intricate tile creations!  A beautiful and elegant addition to the foyer, gallery or dining room.

Star MedallionsThe five pointed banded star is a symbol of our great state and accentuates the architecture of many of our central Texas homes.  Used as an entry focal point or located in the home as a visual surprise, stars are a dynamic addition to many decors.
